Fennemiek is a purpose-driven strategy and innovation consultant. Trained in industrial design and design thinking, with further studies in brand strategy and business across the US, Italy and France, she brings a distinctive combination of analytical and creative thinking to her work. Her expertise lies in tackling wicked problems, shaping future-led strategies and approaching innovation as a design challenge. Alongside her consultancy work, she teaches business transformation and serves as a non-executive director in several international family businesses.

Anne Mieke is an expert in creativity, leadership and innovation culture. After studying Graphic Design, she founded a creative studio and became an early pioneer in Digital Design. Her passion for developing people led her to complete a degree in education and to serve as Chair of the Design Academy Eindhoven. She focuses on circularity, sustainability and leadership development — designing innovation as a continuous learning journey. In addition to her work at Caracta, she teaches innovation leadership and chairs the boards of two scale-up companies.
