We are an international boutique consultancy working out of Amsterdam, lead and owned by Fennemiek Gommer (NL - on the left) and Oonagh Jobling Aitken (UK - on the right). Between us we have more than 35 years of expertise in business, branding and innovation developed working for Accenture, BBDO, Interbrand, Effective Brands, SCAN Management Consultants and Project X Brand Innovation. Our partnership works because we bring out the best in each other. Fennemiek is passionate about boundary spanning, networking and imagining the future. Oonagh loves asking the right questions, creating partnership and challenging you with new ideas.
We founded Caracta in 2008 because we felt there were better ways to work with clients to untangle their toughest questions. Having lived and worked in several countries we can work in English, French, Italian, Dutch and German.
