We are fascinated by the implications of caracta for organisations and continually search for new information on this topic. Not only are we talking to experts from a wide range of disciplines, we also carry out research with the University of Amsterdam. Research questions include: What is the role of the founders? How big is the influence of leadership? What does your caracta mean for your innovation culture? Are organisations more successful when their brands are aligned with their caracta?
